We are a family-run micro-apiary located near Ørting Mose in the Jutland countryside.
We produce pure, cold-processed and unfiltered Danish honey. Nothing added. Nothing taken away.
Because we work in small batches, each harvest reflects the flowers and seasons around the mose – the early blossoms of spring or the wider mix of wild plants and meadows later in the year.
No pasteurisation. No fine filtering that removes pollen and natural enzymes. The honey stays raw, with its natural flavour, aroma and character intact.
